The Tournament and its sponsors are not responsible for the conduct, personal injury, damages or negligence on the part of any participant. It is understood that all participants enter at their own risk, and all persons connected with this Tournament shall be exempt from any liability for libel, slander, loss, damage, harm or death suffered by any participant.
Decisions of the Tournament Committee as to winners shall be final. Any protest must be made in writing and presented to Tournament Committee by 8.30 p.m. on day of allegation.
All winners subject to a polygraph.
